Volleyball Recap: North Mac Comes Up Short

North Mac lost against Hillsboro back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hiltoppers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While North Mac was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-23.

North Mac's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Hillsboro, they pushed their record up to 22-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, North Mac will take on South County in a tournament on Friday. As for Hillsboro, they will head out to square off against Carlinville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
