Basketball Game Preview: Canal Winchester Indians vs. Teays Valley Vikings

Canal Winchester and Teays Valley are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. The Canal Winchester Indians will be playing at home against the Teays Valley Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Canal Winchester and nine for Teays Valley.

Meanwhile, Teays Valley took a blow against Groveport-Madison on Friday, falling 74-36. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Teays Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Canal Winchester, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.

Canal Winchester and Teays Valley were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but Canal Winchester came up empty-handed after a 55-54 loss.
