Basketball Recap: Lima Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Lima Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 71-15 loss at the hands of the St. Henry Redskins. While losing is never fun, the Thunderbirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 728th, while the Redskins are ranked 54th).

Lima Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for St. Henry, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

Lima Central Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Henry, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Minster at 6:00 p.m.
