Morgantown came tearing into Tuesday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Preston Knights 81-37. The Mohigans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 24 points or more this season.

Preston's loss came despite strong showings from Easton Hayes and Tristian Smith. Hayes posted 20 points and seven boards, while Smith scored ten points.

Morgantown's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.5 points. As for Preston, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morgantown will challenge Wheeling Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Preston, they will head out to face off against Hampshire at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
