Flag Football Recap: Los Altos Takes a Loss

Los Altos extended their losing streak to 18 on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-18. They took a 14-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Hills Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-7 back in September.

As for South Hills, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-8. Given their advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 119th, while Los Altos is ranked 670th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ayanna Roquemore produced another solid performance rushing for 106 yards on only eight carries. Alexis Guerrero made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

As of now, neither Los Altos nor South Hills have any future games scheduled.
