As a matter of fact, Salesian College Preparatory put up the most runs they have all season on Tuesday. They never let Bethel get on the board and left with a 19-0 win. Give the Pride's pitching crew some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

DeAmor Coleman made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, one triple, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Salesian College Preparatory got a massive performance out of Gloria Alcaire, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, three doubles, and three RBI. That's the most runs Alcaire has posted since back in April of 2024. Valeria Cuevas was another key player, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Salesian College Preparatory was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .606. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Las Lomas, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They came out on top against Pittsburg by a score of 12-7 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won three in a row.
Salesian College Preparatory is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.4 runs over those games. As for Las Lomas, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-5.
