Colon typically has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday Sturgis proved too difficult a challenge. They took down the Colon Magi 51-33. That 18 point margin sets a new team best for the Trojans this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Sturgis and bumps their season record up to 6-15. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points over those games. As for Colon, their loss dropped their record down to 15-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sturgis will venture away from home to square off against Three Rivers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Sturgis is facing Three Rivers at the right time seeing as Three Rivers is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Colon, they are taking a road trip to take on Athens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Athens has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
