Maddy Leeper posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. She struck out six batters over four innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
