It was a good run, but Clovis East unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Timberwolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Despite the defeat, Clovis East had strong showings from Allyson Rich, who had 16 digs, and Keniah Verduzco, who had ten assists and five aces.

Clovis East now has a losing record of 7-8. As for San Joaquin Memorial, they moved to 7-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
