After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cashton, Bangor was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Necedah. Bangor not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).
The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-15.
Bangor found their leader in sophomore Allyson Meacham, who had three digs and three aces.
The victory snapped Bangor's losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 7-13 record. As for Necedah, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.
Coming up, Bangor will venture away from home to challenge Wonewoc-Center at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Necedah, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Riverdale on the 27th.
