Volleyball Recap: Walla Walla Takes a Loss

Walla Walla lost against Richland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Blue Devils lost 3-0 to the Bombers. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Walla Walla was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20, 25-23.

Walla Walla's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Richland, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Walla Walla is set to face off against their familiar foe Kamiakin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Richland will square off against rival Chiawana at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
