Basketball Recap: Azle Comes Up Short

Azle suffered their closest defeat since November 18, 2025 on Friday. They fell just short of the Chisholm Trail Rangers by a score of 38-36. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, with their most recent loss being a 44-26 defeat last Friday.

Azle has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-16 record this season. As for Chisholm Trail, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-15.

As of now, neither Azle nor the Rangers have any future games scheduled.
