 Easley had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Indian Land Warriors  5-3.
 Easley got a great performance from  Walker Cox as he  pitched 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   six  hits. Cox has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Peyton Anders, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Easley has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record  this season. As for Indian Land, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 19-10.
 As of now, neither Easley nor Indian Land have any future games scheduled.
