Volleyball Recap: Northeast Baptist Wins Going Away Against Ascension Classical

The Northeast Baptist Knights got the win against the Ascension Classical Admiral on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Northeast Baptist was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 27-25, 25-23.

Northeast Baptist's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Ascension Classical, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Northeast Baptist is taking a road trip to square off against Word of God Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ascension Classical, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Christian Academy of Louisiana at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
