Basketball Recap: Providence Academy vs. Apostolic Christian

Providence Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Apostolic Christian 91-54 at home. Providence Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Providence Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isaiah Peters-Daniels, who scored 17 points along with four steals. Peters-Daniels hasn't dropped below 17 points for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was Nehemiah Reece, who scored 12 points along with eight assists and four steals.

Providence Academy's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-15. As for Apostolic Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Providence Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Christian Academy of Knoxville will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Apostolic Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
