Volleyball Recap: Ida Comes Up Short

After flying high against Onsted on Tuesday, Ida came back down to earth. The Bluestreaks fell 2-0 to the Allen Park Jaguars on Saturday. The Bluestreaks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Ida has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. As for Allen Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season.

Ida will face off against Blissfield at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Allen Park, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Fordson on the 13th.
