For Dillon Christian's part, Lilli Shooter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Shooter was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Fraley Britt was incredible, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Story Lane, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.
