North Tampa Christian Academy had won four straight games and Cali Midyett did her part to make it five on Saturday. The North Tampa Christian Academy Titans enjoyed a cozy 46-30 win over the Forest Lake Academy Panthers thanks in part to Midyett, who went 7 of 9 on her way to 15 points along with six rebounds and five blocks. What's more, she also posted a 78% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in January of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Mila Miller, who posted eight points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played.

Forest Lake Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooke Maynard, who scored eight points in addition to 12 boards and five steals. Forest Lake Academy is 8-2 when Maynard posts ten or more rebounds, but 3-7 otherwise.

North Tampa Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Forest Lake Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

North Tampa Christian Academy has already played their next matchup, a 66-9 win against Hernando Christian Academy on the 3rd. Forest Lake Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
