Volleyball Game Preview: Forrest County Agricultural Aggies vs. Stone Tomcats

The Forrest County Agricultural Aggies will head out to face off against the Stone Tomcats at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Forrest County Agricultural beat North Forrest 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aggies.

Meanwhile, Stone got the win against Pearl River Central on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Stone won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 27-25, 25-17.

Forrest County Agricultural better keep an eye on Payton Gonzalez. She was instrumental in Stone's win, getting 15 digs and three assists.

Stone now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Forrest County Agricultural, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Everything went Forrest County Agricultural's way against Stone in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Forrest County Agricultural made off with a 3-0 victory.
