Reidsville has gone a perfect 3-0 against Brevard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Rams are taking a road trip to take on the Blue Devils at 11:00 a.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Reidsville sitting on 11 straight victories and Brevard on 14.
Reidsville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against West Craven, sneaking past 23-21. The score was all tied up 8-8 at the break, but the Rams were the better team in the second half.

Michael Smith was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Frankie Galloway did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 83 receiving yards.
Reidsville's run defense was locked in: West Craven could only muster 3.5 yards per carry. The team can thank Kendre Harrison for the heroic effort on defense: he. Reidsville's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.8.
Reidsville's defense didn't let DJ Davis, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for three sacks. Leading the way was Kadence Pruitt with two. He has been hot recently, having also posted seven or more total tackles the last four times he's played.
Meanwhile, Brevard didn't have too much trouble with Maiden on Friday as they won 30-13. Brevard pushed the score to 30-7 by the end of the third, a deficit Maiden cut but never quite recovered from.
Reidsville better keep an eye on Braylon Thompson. He was instrumental in Brevard's win, rushing for 122 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry.
Reidsville's record is now 12-2. As for Brevard, their record now sits at 14-0.
Saturday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Reidsville has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 148 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Brevard struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 201.3 rushing yards. There's a good chance Saturday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Everything went Reidsville's way against Brevard when the teams last played back in November of 2023, as Reidsville made off with a 41-20 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
