Barrett Fallon Delivers Electric Performance Vs Fredericksburg
Starting off the list is Davenport's Barrett Fallon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Fallon rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.
Unfortunately for Fredericksburg, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Fallon. Fallon rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also caught a touchdown the last time he and the Billies duked it out back in November of 2023.

Erik Coronado Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Pleasanton got the W thanks in part to Erik Coronado playing the best football he has all season. Coronado rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (104.3) per game. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 51 yards.
Pleasanton moved to 3-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Coronado will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Fredericksburg on Friday.

James Garza Has Career-Day on Friday
James Garza posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 185 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (114.8) per game.
Canyon Lake pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Garza and Canyon Lake are taking a road trip to challenge Uvalde on Friday.

Cade Segura Turns in Season-Best Performance
Cade Segura produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pleasanton to the win on Friday. Segura threw for 116 yards and four touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
This year, Segura has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 181.5 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he had four passing touchdowns.

Fredericksburg came up short on Friday despite Brooks Immel delivering his best game to date. Immel rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 96 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the season, Immel has thrown 7 touchdowns while averaging 172.3 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 9.86 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 18.86 rushing yards.
