East Aurora and Starpoint are an even 3-3 against one another since September of 2015, but likely not for long. The Blue Devils will challenge the Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. East Aurora will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

East Aurora had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute on Saturday. The Blue Devils put the hurt on the Marauders with a sharp 3-0 win. East Aurora might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Starpoint came up short against Williamsville South on Friday and fell 3-1. While losing is never fun, Starpoint can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 275th, while Williamsville South are ranked 86th).

East Aurora's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Starpoint, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

East Aurora took their win against Starpoint when the teams last played back in October of 2017 by a conclusive 6-0 score. Do the Blue Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
