Virgin Valley won the last time they faced Moapa Valley and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the Virgin Valley Bulldogs' way against the Moapa Valley Pirates as the Virgin Valley Bulldogs made off with a 68-46 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 21 points or more this season.

Virgin Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elian Pinto, who posted 12 points in addition to eight assists and four steals. The dominant performance gave Pinto a new career-high in assists. Drew Dixon was another key player, going 6 of 13 on his way to 17 points.

Virgin Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Moapa Valley only pulled down six offensive rebounds.

Several Pirates players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Russell Hardy, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Bryson Walker, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards.

The victory made it two in a row for Virgin Valley and bumps their season record up to 12-8. As for Moapa Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.

Virgin Valley has already played their next contest, a 67-41 win against Eldorado on the 21st. As for Moapa Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 74-29 victory against Cristo Rey St. Viator on the 21st.
