Volleyball Recap: Anderson Christian Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Anderson Christian took on Cambridge Academy on Tuesday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-9, 25-9.

Anderson Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Cambridge Academy, their win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

Looking ahead, Anderson Christian will square off against Newberry Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cambridge Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Richard Winn Academy on the 2nd.
