Basketball Recap: Coshocton Skates Past Crooksville with Ease

There's no place like home for Coshocton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging an 86-43 victory over the Crooksville Ceramics. The Redskins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Coshocton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Colton Conkle led the charge by going 5-for-10 on his way to 13 points in addition to eight assists and eight rebounds. Conkle is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Blayden Workman, who went 9-for-17 en route to 26 points and five boards.

Coshocton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in February of 2024.
