Basketball Recap: Cohen Schultz's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Steinbrenner over Leto

Steinbrenner lost against Leto back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Steinbrenner Warriors received a blow as they fell 68-50 to the Leto Falcons. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly 18 points.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cohen Schultz, who went 5 of 9 en route to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Aulls, who posted 15 points.

Steinbrenner has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which lines up perfectly with their 4-12 record this season. As for Leto, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-11.
