Kenmore West and North Tonawanda are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Lumberjacks at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Kenmore West is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.

Kenmore West took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Newfane as they made off with a 16-3 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Blue Devils considering their one-run performance the game before.

Dani Hatch made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Hatch was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Lily Foglia was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, three doubles, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Olivia Orcholski, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

Kenmore West kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Meanwhile, North Tonawanda strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against Williamsville East by a score of 8-4.

North Tonawanda's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Kenmore West, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-4.
