Tokay entered their tilt with Edison on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Edison Vikings onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. Give the Tigers' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Alessio Parenti and Cristopher Mendoza scored both of Tokay's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Tokay is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9-1 record this season. As for Edison, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Edison beat Tokay by a score of 1-0 on Monday.
