Taft is 7-1 against Northside since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Eagles will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m.

On Friday, Taft was beaten by Whitney Young 59-30. The Eagles have struggled against the Dolphins recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Northside waltzed into their game on Monday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 48-15 victory over Ogden International. That looming 48-15 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Mustangs yet this season.

Northside's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Taft, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
