Volleyball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Madison lost against Jefferson Area on September 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Streaks lost 3-0 to the Falcons.

While Madison was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 25-23.

Amara Morant paced Madison's offense, picking up six kills. Morant got some help from Kami Titman and her 22 assists. Finally, Jordyn Osborne kept Madison's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Jefferson Area, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Madison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Lakeside on the 30th. As for Jefferson Area, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Conneaut on the 30th.
