The Aucilla Christian Warriors will head out to face off against the North Florida Christian Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Aucilla Christian will be strutting in after a victory while North Florida Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, Aucilla Christian got the win against Rickards by a conclusive 11-4. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, North Florida Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Lincoln on Thursday and fell 5-4. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Skylar Young put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Aucilla Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against North Florida Christian when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 8-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Aucilla Christian since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
