Basketball Game Preview: Paducah Dragons vs. Knox City Greyhounds + How To Watch

The Paducah Dragons will face off against the Knox City Greyhounds at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Paducah has now lost seven straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 31.

On Tuesday, Paducah ended up a good deal behind Roby and lost 65-49.

Despite the defeat, Paducah got top-tier performance from Maverick Monroe, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten boards. Monroe is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Jace Albus was another key player, putting up six points.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Greyhounds on Monday. Knox City blew past Throckmorton 48-28. The win continues a trend for Knox City in their matchups with Throckmorton: they've now won four in a row.

Knox City's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Paducah, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Paducah won a contest that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, slipping by Knox City 56-55. Will the Dragons repeat their success, or do the Greyhounds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
