The Manchester Memorial Crusaders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They took down Trinity 63-44. That's another feather in the cap for Manchester Memorial, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
NyAsia McKelvey continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. That's the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points. Torle Adumene was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven assists and four steals.
The win got Manchester Memorial back to even at 3-3. As for Trinity, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Manchester Memorial won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Derryfield at 3:00 p.m. on December 29th. As for Trinity, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Manchester Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Manchester Memorial focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Friday.
