Basketball Recap: Jefferson County North Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

On Friday, the Jefferson County North Chargers came up short against the Tonganoxie Chieftains and fell 65-55.

Jefferson County North's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-2. As for Tonganoxie, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson County North will be home for the holidays to greet Pleasant Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tonganoxie, they will host Spring Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
