Softball Recap: Cactus Shadows Falcons vs. Buckeye Hawks
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cactus Shadows walked away with it. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Buckeye Hawks a 12-0 shutout on Wednesday. Considering Cactus Shadows has won eight games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Hailee Robidoux made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Robidoux was also big at the plate, firing off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-4.
