Volleyball Recap: Schuylkill Haven Takes a Loss

Schuylkill Haven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Tri-Valley Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-15, 25-9.

Tri-Valley was led to victory by Kirra Klinger and Kenzie Tobin. Klinger had nine digs and four aces, while Tobin had five digs and five aces. That's the most aces Tobin has posted over her last seven matchups.

Schuylkill Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Tri-Valley, they pushed their record up to 22-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Schuylkill Haven will challenge Shenandoah Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tri-Valley, they will face off against Minersville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
