It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Indian Hill can now relate to. They fell just short of the Perkins Pirates by a score of 4-3 on Friday. The Braves' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Indian Hill saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Derek Zee, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Indian Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 21-9. As for Perkins, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9 record this season.

Indian Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Perkins, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Lake Catholic on the 15th.
