Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Cayla Peterson and Hadleigh Kramer Lead Paxton to Victory

There's no place like home for Paxton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Potter-Dix Coyotes by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Tigers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Coyotes, so the Tigers were just returning the favor.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Paxton was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15.

Paxton was led to victory by Hadleigh Kramer and Cayla Peterson. Kramer had 15 assists and seven digs, while Peterson had five aces and three digs. Those five aces gave Peterson a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Paxton was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They are a perfect 6-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Paxton pushed their record up to 10-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Potter-Dix, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Paxton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Wauneta-Palisade on the 23rd. As for Potter-Dix, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wallace on the 23rd.
