Basketball Recap: Absegami Starts Season with Victory at Home

Absegami gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They secured a 50-46 W over the Oakcrest Falcons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Braves also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Absegami will take on Millville in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oakcrest and Holy Spirit will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
