Volleyball Recap: Tupelo T Takes a Loss

The Tupelo T Titans came up short against the Columbus Christian Academy rams on Monday and fell 3-1.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Columbus Christian Academy scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 21-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Tupelo T's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Columbus Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Tupelo T will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Starkville Academy at 7:30 p.m. The Titans are facing the Volunteers at the right time seeing as the Volunteers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Columbus Christian Academy, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on West Memphis Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give the rams their first taste of in-conference action this season.
