Baseball Recap: Rickover Naval Takes a Loss

Rickover Naval was the 12-7 winner over Intrinsic when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Seadragons came up short against the Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 17-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Seadragons have suffered against the Mustangs since May 12, 2022.

This is the second loss in a row for Rickover Naval and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Intrinsic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

While Rickover Naval had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
