Basketball Recap: Oark Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Oark and Magazine squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Oark had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Magazine Rattlers, falling 58-23. The Hornets have struggled against the Rattlers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Oark's defeat dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Magazine, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-12 record this season.

Oark does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Magazine, they will square off against Omaha at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Omaha sitting on three straight victories and Magazine on four.
