Amity Regional came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Shelton, but Cole StPierre wouldn't allow it. The Gaels strolled past the Spartans with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 31-14 with plenty of help from StPierre, who rushed for 150 yards and three TDs. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Although Amity Regional took the loss, they still got scores from Jack Courtney and Tyler McDaniel.

Shelton's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-7. As for Amity Regional, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

As of now, neither Shelton nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
