Basketball Recap: Kingston Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Kingston Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 53-52 to the Beacon Bulldogs. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kingston's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5. As for Beacon, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Kingston Tigers face off against the Warwick Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beacon, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Fallsburg at 6:30 p.m. on January 30th.
