Basketball Recap: Roosevelt Educational Comes Up Short

Roosevelt Educational was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They were beaten by the DeWitt Clinton Governors 77-30. While losing is never fun, the Roughriders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 710th, while the Governors are ranked 278th).

Roosevelt Educational's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for DeWitt Clinton, they pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Roosevelt Educational does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DeWitt Clinton, they will face off against Longwood Prep Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Longwood Prep Academy has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 200 points over their last three matches.
