Basketball Recap: Suring Comes Up Short

Suring lost against Oneida Nation back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Suring Eagles fell 38-30 to the Oneida Nation Thunderhawks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Suring now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Oneida Nation, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Suring is taking a road trip to face off against Wausaukee at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Suring is facing Wausaukee at the right time seeing as Wausaukee is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Oneida Nation, they will face off against Gillett at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Oneida Nation will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: Gillett will have lost three straight heading into Friday's game.
