Soccer Recap: Newport Takes a Loss

Newport scored the most goals they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Sunapee Lakers, falling 5-1. Newport have struggled against Sunapee recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Newport's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Sunapee, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-3-2.
