Baseball Recap: Gardner-South Wilmington Wins Going Away Against Grant Park

Gardner-South Wilmington was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Grant Park on Tuesday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Dragons. The Panthers not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 17th (when they won 17-2).

Cole Hampson was incredible, going 4-for-5 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Gardner-South Wilmington's success: when he posts at least three hits the team is undefeated (and 2-9 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Cameron Gray, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
