Soccer Recap: Cedar Ridge Comes Up Short

Cedar Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the McNeil Mavericks. That's two games in a row now that Cedar Ridge have lost by just one goal.

Cedar Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 4-15-5. As for McNeil, their win bumped their record up to 11-6-4.

Coincidentally, Cedar Ridge and McNeil will both be playing Manor the next time they take the pitch. The Mavericks will head out to face the Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Raiders will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
