Volleyball Recap: Panguitch's Win on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Panguitch waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Bryce Valley Mustangs 3-0. The Bobcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Panguitch was: they took every set by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-9, 25-9.

Tayt Miller paced Panguitch's offense, picking up ten kills. Miller got some help from Jerzi Johnson and her 14 assists. Johnson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Panguitch's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Bryce Valley, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
